You should have received an initial e-mail from Blue Skye Lending with a link to your loan. To check the status of your file on line, refer to that e-mail and select "Click here to access your application and check the loan status" link and follow the directions below:
Enter the house number of the subject property
Your first name
Your last name
Then create a password (at least 6 characters) you would like to use
Re-enter the password
Check the box in front of Accept Electronic Documents (This allows scanned documents to be uploaded into our loan processing system.)
Then click the blue "Create New Account" button
You will receive a message in your in-box from Blue Skye Lending with the Subject: Web Center Account Activation Request.
Open the email and enter your password
Click on the blue "Activate New Account" button
This now brings up your loan, click on your name to open the loan status. You will be able to see the Loan Details, Upload File Documents, and Loan Contact Information.
There is a flag in the upper right hand corner that will tell you, in the future, if your loan has new updates. If it is green, you have new information!
