Born in Europe, Fred speaks five languages (Portugese, Spanish, Italian, French, and English) and brings with him over 20 years of Mortgage Lending experience. A former owner of a Mortgage Broker Business his expertise spans wholesale and retail residential lending, commercial finance, consulting, commodities trading and commercial private placement funding. His vast understanding of the financial world and his dedication to his clients are the main reasons clients continue to call Fred and refer friends and family. Fred has lived in Sarasota, FL for the past seven years and is happily married to his wife of 20 years Gina. and is the proud father of two sons, Tony and Gianni. He is an avid sports fan and played international soccer in his early years. In addition to watching both of his boys excel both academically as and athletically, Fred and Gina enjoy and compete in tennis.
