Sherry has over 25 years of experience as a bank loan officer, a licensed mortgage broker, a wholesale lender account executive, and a former owner of a mortgage brokerage business, as well as a former Realtor. She has received numerous awards for production, certificates of achievement, and other awards for Broker of the Year from Suncoast Chapter FAMB, President's Award from WCR. She has participated for 25 years in bank lending courses, continuing education classes, HUD seminars, and mortgage workshops classes. She has also received the FAMB Mortgage Professional designation.
She is an active member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB) and served as a state Board of Director 2005 and 2006, Advertising Sub Committee Chair 2006, Public Relations Committee 2005 and 2006. The local FAMB Suncoast Chapter level she presently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chair for the Membership Committee. She also has served as their Public Relations Chair 2001 and 2002, Co-Chair of tradeshow committee 2005 and 2006, Membership Chair 2005 2006 and 2008, Board of Directors, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2008, Vice President 2005-2006, President Elect 2006-2007. She is also active in the Women's Council of Realtors and a former Corresponding Secretary 2008, former Ways and Means Committee Member 2007, 2008, Fashion Show Program Book Chair for 2007 & 2008. She is also a member of the National Federation of Mortgage Professionals.
