Leslie Swart. Managing Partner, Senior Mortgage Consultant. Leslie’s background in the financial industry includes bank management, private banking and managing clients’ equity holdings as a licensed, financial advisor. She has received numerous awards for production and customer service. As a mortgage originator, Leslie was recognized in Mortgage Originator Magazine, as one of the Top Rookies Nationwide. Leslie has over 400 hours of specialized mortgage training and has attained a Xinnix certification, a highly recognized designation in the mortgage industry.

Leslie is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance -Political Action Committee, Lakewood Ranch Business Club, Women with Connections, and is a Committee Chairman for My Community Makeover.  She resides in Lakewood Ranch with her wonderful husband and two amazing children.
