Michael Tullio. Managing Partner, Senior Mortgage Consultant. Mike fell in love with real estate after buying his first home in Sarasota for $65,000 in 1996 and has been a mortgage broker for six years. A former English teacher, he was the Manatee County Middle School Teacher of the Year in 1999 and was nominated for Manatee County Teacher of the Year seven times. “Educating my clients is really where my heart is at in the mortgage industry,” Tullio said. “I love making mortgage programs and terms relevant to people. I thrive on helping first-time homebuyers understand the process and helping investors learn how to leverage their money and make it work for them.”

Mike lives in Bradenton with his lovely wife, two wonderful children and two labs.  He enjoys writing, music, snowboarding, tennis, boating and spending time at the beach.  He is also very involved with his church, Bayside Community.
