Fred began his professional mortgage career in 1998 as a Mortgage Banker. In 2003, he realized the value of a mortgage brokerage firm and opened his own Correspondent Lending Company where he managed a staff of originators and processors. Fred is a former owner of a Real Estate Company and understands the Realtors' perspective of transactions. 

 

His knowledge and experience provides customers with hands-on personal service while offering them customized lending solutions in both residential and commercial. He has received numerous awards, including The Champion’s Club for top production and the 100% Customer Satisfaction Award. 

 

Fred’s career in finance follows 20 years of extensive experience as an owner of an advertising, photography, and printing company. His sales and marketing abilities gained him a reputation of honesty and integrity. His promotional work included large Fortune 500 companies as well as a list of major league football players. 

 

Fred's education consists of Bergen Community College, Dale Carnegie Sales and Management, Todd Duncan's High Trust Sales Course, along with years of continuing education courses and financial seminars. 

 

Fred serves his community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Architectural Review Board and his Homeowners Association. He resides in Sarasota with his wife, who is a local Realtor.
